Plumbing Bros are not your average plumbing business. Our vision is to change the (often negative) perception of plumbing. We’re doing this through our dedication and passion for providing 5-star customer service in every service.
Plumbing Bros started in Perth in 2017 when three best mates (and plumbers) came together and realised by combining their passion for teamwork, customer service and business operations they could build a successful business to serve the Perth domestic market. Now, the company has over 100 hardworking, passionate and reliable team members, providing plumbing services across Australia.
We specialise in maintenance plumbing, providing plumbing and gas services to homeowners and business professionals around the country. We work with homeowners, business owners, commercial properties, insurance companies and many other industries.
Our experience across maintenance plumbing means we’re specialists in diagnosing and repairing issues quickly and efficiently. We can help with anything from blocked toilets, specialist leak detection, renovations, toilet and basins, tapware and everything in between!
We make it easy for our clients to work with us and want to keep coming back. Part of this commitment is never charging call out fees, making sure we’re available 24/7 for emergency plumbing and offering free quotes.

2017
Plumbing Bros Commences Operations in Perth and Completes more than 2,000 jobs.
Plumbing Bros founders James and Joe launch Plumbing Bros Perth with a vision to change the perception of plumbing. This means providing 5-star service in every service – a value that still holds true across the country today!

With no obvious gap in the market, the differentiator for Plumbing Bros is exceptional customer service. Founders James and Joe create guidelines for customer service to ensure a 5-star service in every service is delivered.
2018
Plumbing Bros Continues to Grow in the Perth Region
In the second year of operation, the Plumbing Bros team provided services to over 6,000 clients. Finding a niche in providing consistently positive service in maintenance plumbing, the team continues to grow!

Plumbing Bros Wagga Wagga Commences

2019
Plumbing Bros Cracks 10,000 Jobs completed and is the Winner of 2 Local Business Awards
A testament to the success of the Plumbing Bros Perth business and dedication to customer service, the Plumbing Bros team were awarded two awards at the Stirling Business Association annual event.
2019
Plumbing Bros commences franchising
Based on the success of the Perth operations, Plumbing Bros begins the process to start franchising the business across the country. This unique opportunity provides a chance for entrepreneurs to build a profitable business in a sector previously inaccessible without a trade qualification.

Named as finalists in the Agile Business, Member Business and Innovation Seekers categories, Plumbing Bros is named the winner of the 2019 Agile Business.

Winner of the Stirling Business Association Overall Business of the Year
In the same awards night, following the Agile Business award announcement, Plumbing Bros is also named the winner of the Stirling Business of the Year in 2019.
2020
Plumbing Bros Commences Franchising and is Named the Best Plumbing Company in Australia
2020 will always be known as the year of the global pandemic. Despite this, Plumbing Bros commenced franchising and four franchise partners joined the family. Across the five locations, Plumbing Bros provides services to over 12,000 satisfied clients.

In one of the most prestigious award ceremonies for small businesses in Australia, Plumbing Bros is awarded the best plumbing company; a true testament to the dedication and passion for outstanding customer service.

Plumbing Bros Wagga Wagga commences

Plumbing Bros Chatswood commences

Plumbing Bros National Assist commences
With the rapid expansion across the country, Plumbing Bros National Assist launches to provide clients with one point of contact for all of their plumbing requirements. This unique service offering allows for greater consistency and service for large, national clients.

Two More Franchise Partners Join the Plumbing Bros Family and Electrical Bros is Established in WA
What an exciting year for the Plumbing Bros Family, with two new locations commencing and Electrical Bros commencing. Across the country, Plumbing and Electrical Bros had over 19,700 satisfied customers.

Plumbing Bros Mandurah commences

Further Network Expansion Brings 5-Star Services to More Regions in Australia
Despite an economic downturn and the most severe trade shortages ever experienced in Australia, Plumbing Bros continued to expand. Over 27,000 jobs were completed in 10 locations around the country.

Plumbing Bros Melbourne commences

2023
38,108 jobs completed and a new franchise location signed.
In the 2023 calendar year, the Plumbing Bros network completed 38,108, which is the most number of jobs ever completed by the network in a year. Expanding the reach in Queensland, Plumbing Bros Browns Plains commenced operations.

Network Growth Continues at Exponential Rate
The year is not yet complete, but 2024 has already been Plumbing Bros biggest year ever!
The Plumbing Bros network has grown in Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales with four new franchise locations commencing. Continued growth plans aim to see further growth around the country!
