Nathan began his professional career as a Business Consultant at Jesters Franchising in Perth. After 8 years within the role, inclusive of franchise & operations management, franchise onboarding & training and project management, Nathan moved into the State Operations Manager role at SpeedFit Franchising. Nathan spent 16 months with SpeedFit where he was responsible for the management of the franchise operations, recruitment & onboarding as well as managing the operations team & department within the support office. Nathan has a wealth of franchising, strategy implementation, business & operations management knowledge and holds a passion for franchising.

As the Head of Franchising for Plumbing Bros, Nathan is responsible for management of the franchise support team and franchise recruitment.  Nathan guides his team to help franchise partners implement operational and financial strategic decisions. Nathan is also involved in ensuring the onboarding process goes smoothly – being a major touch point for all Plumbing Bros Franchise Partners throughout your Plumbing Bros journey!
