Jess is our admin superstar at Plumbing Bros Chatswood. If you’ve called the Chatswood location, it’s likely you would have spoken to Jess. Jess has plenty of administrative experience, having worked in the service industry for 6 years. She is the first point of call for client queries. She also assists with scheduling social media content, responding to client messages and queries online and maintaining accurate information on all platforms. She makes sure our Chatswood plumbers are kept busy and client jobs are completed on time by creating and scheduling jobs in our job management software. After the job has been completed, she will also then create and send the invoice.

On what she likes about her job the most, Jess says she enjoys the autonomy and finds the responsibility of her role very rewarding. More importantly though, she loves the Chatswood team and finds everyone very supportive.

In her spare time, Jess is a painter and if she’s not drawing or painting, she’s out for a run with her kelpie, Indie. She is a soccer fan, and being originally from the UK, supports Sheffield. Her favourite food is thai.
