Bryn is an experienced operations manager with a demonstrated history in data analytics & change management working in the automotive and construction industries. Throughout his career he has built extensive history in the IT, automotive and construction industry with over 31 years’ experience collectively while specialising in areas such as customer service, operations management, strategic planning, and process improvement.

At Plumbing Bros, Bryn manages the Plumbing Bros National Assist team to work closely with both our national clients and network of national franchise partners to provide a seamless experience and single point of contact. With Bryn’s long history in successfully delivering projects and his specialisation in creating efficient systems for seamless customer service – he’s the best first point of contact for our national clients.

In his home life, Bryn is a long time Collingwood supporter and enjoys woodworking in his cherished workshop to make anything from furniture to cutting boards and jewellery boxes for his daughters.
