Brad Docker
General Manager

Brad is the General Manager of Plumbing Bros, with well over 30 years of experience in management behind him. His previous roles include the state manager of Robertsons Lifting & Rigging, state sales manager of A Nobel & Son, and a director of Fein Power Tools Australia.

Brad is driven by being able to mentor a team to be the best they can be, while setting a positive culture and helping those around him.

Outside of the office, Brad spends his time fishing, playing golf, and with family. We’re not sure in what order!

Shane
Business Development Manager

Shane is the Plumbing Bros Perth Business Development Manager. He has over 10 years’ experience within the Plumbing & Sales Industries across Perth. Shane is in his early 30’s, is married and has two gorgeous children. His key driver in life is to work hard and enjoy achievements as he strives to be a good role model for his children. Shane loves building relationships and creating value for his clients. Shane can often be found on the rink bowling down a few as an elite competition Lawn Bowler, having been fortunate to have represented WA on a number of occasions, and also in New Zealand where he represented the Perth Suns in a T20 style competition amongst some of the best bowlers around the world. Shane is a diehard West Coast Eagles Fan and loves to swing a golf club whenever he’s not emulating Crackerjack. Shane loves being able to meet people of all walks of life and has a genuine desire to help people however he can; a trait we love about him here at Plumbing Bros!

Aiden
Account Manager

Starting his journey with Plumbing Bros as an apprentice, Aiden moved from his onsite position to the scheduling team, where he learnt about key clients, customer expectations and how to drive efficiencies through scheduling. Now, as part of the sales team, Aiden’s job is to make sure our key clients are continually satisfied with our services. As a qualified plumber, he is able to provide solutions to client issues when they arise.

Aiden loves the rewarding feeling of completing difficult hands-on tasks, especially when there is an element of problem-solving involved. Outside of work Aiden is one of 3 Plumbing Bros one-eyed Hawthorn supporters which is sure to keep him employed forever. He is also an avid Liverpool fan. You can find Aiden listening to 90’s bangers with his parents and family friends at Sunday BBQ’s.

Phil
Production Manager

Phil is one of Plumbing Bros longest serving and most experienced plumbers. He is 28 years old and has over 11 years of plumbing experience. This is made up of 5 years commercial, 2 years in new homes, 1 year in civil and now 3+ years in domestic maintenance and renovations. Phil enjoys helping people with their plumbing emergencies and is an extremely good communicator with clients. In his spare time, you will find Phil at the bottom of the ocean enjoying his passion for Scuba Diving. Phil recently had a newborn daughter was also recently promoted to production manager NOR.

Garett
Operations Manager

With 5 years under his belt as a scheduler in the plumbing industry, Garett joins the Plumbing Bros team with a wealth of experience. Garett is enjoying the culture at Plumbing Bros, and being able to provide a great customer experience in all aspects of the role. Helping out all team members and achieving internal company goals, drives Garett on a daily basis. He enjoys being part of a company whose vision is to change the perception of plumbing. Outside of the office, Garett can often be found enjoying a drink on the balcony, at Magnet House. He also spending time with his best friend, who also happens to be his dog!

Liam
Estimator

Liam has 10 years of plumbing expertise and is a ‘high-rise wizard’ with his most notable project being the Hilton Hotel in Northbridge. Liam enjoys testing himself and trying new tasks as frequently as possible. He is specifically satisfied when it all comes together upon completion as his great work springs to life. Liam has also been labelled as Plumbing Bros renovation king due to his handy work in this space. In his spare time, you can find Liam of the golf course or heading out to his farm relaxing, camping and hunting. Liam is also one of the only plumbers we know that seems to be able to relay pavers properly. Unfortunately for Liam though, as good of a tradesman that he is, his wife-to-be is still better with the tools than he is.

Invoicing Team

Mitch is THE PB Journeyman! After being apart of PB’s inaugural season, he went on to finish his 4 year apprenticeship with the team, before completing a further 6 months as a contractor. Mitch then took some time out to ‘find himself’ before an opportunity presented itself to re-join the ‘loves of his life’. Mitch returned to Plumbing Bros as an office team member and has progressed to become the current day scheduling manager. Mitch loves the versatility of his new role and aims to be the best he can be, day in day out. Outside of work Mitch is a footy freak and loves everything AFL. Something most people don’t know about Mitch, he loves wrestling his managers at Christmas work functions after a day of drinking.

Onsite Team Member

Brock is an experienced plumber with over 9 years on the tools. Plumbing Bros is fortunate to bring this level of plumber into the family. He takes great satisfaction from taking on a plumbing project, and seeing it taken through to successful completion. In his own words, he enjoys all aspects of plumbing. Outside of work, Brock is a keen surfer. He also doesn’t mind building multis on Sportsbet.

Onsite Team Member

Chris is a newcomer to the plumbing industry, and we think we’re pretty lucky to have snapped him up before anyone else. Being able to accomplish challenging tasks is what really drives Chris, and he’s a man who hits his goals. Chris loves to troubleshoot and solve challenges on the job, and in life in general. He also likes the huge variety of work tasks and the new things that he learns every single day. Outside of work hours, you’ll find Chris in the great outdoors either fishing, four wheel driving, or camping. Or if you’re really lucky, you may see him doing all three at once.

Onsite Team Member

Drew joins the Plumbing Bros team with over 14 years in the plumbing industry, with 12 of those in solar hot water.

He’s driven by his van (dad joke alert!) to succeed at work, to do his best every day, and to support his family.

Drew takes pleasure from the endless learning opportunities and challenges that plumbing delivers, while continually shaping him to become a well rounded tradesman.

Away from the tools, Drew is a dedicated family man, is into his cars, surfing, and enjoys photography. And talking, Drew very much fancies himself as a talker, even suggesting he can talk underwater with a mouthful of marbles.

Josh is one of the Plumbing Bros young guns, and in his own words he has loved every second of his time in the plumbing industry. Taking great pride in his work, Josh provides his clients with a quality service and will always go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding service and to exceed expectations. He’s 100% committed to changing the perception of plumbing, and it makes his day knowing he’s making someone else’s life easier! In Josh’s down time, he enjoys spending time with his partner and his mates. Whether it be at the pub, exploring the great outdoors, or having a cracking BBQ on the weekend.

Joshua is a highly experienced master plumber, and brings with him a vast experience to the Plumbing Bros team.

Passionate about his trade, Joshua is driven to always be learning more and increasing his knowledge base every day. He understands that in this trade, you can always be improving and learning something new!

When not at work, Joshua spends quality time with family and friends, and pumping any spare cash into a project car he’s working on.

A keen AFLW supporter, Joshua never missed a game when his beloved Freo girls are playing. You’ll find him in the front row, right behind the uprights.

Luke is a dedicated and passionate plumber. It is a testament to Luke’s character that he passed up several opportunities to join other companies due to his burning desire to become a Plumbing Bro. We see extreme potential in Luke’s future as he is different to most teenagers. His work ethic and ability to solve problems whilst using common sense is already at a very high level. Luke loves that every day presents him with new challenges and scenarios and this is why he chose maintenance plumbing as a career. Outside of work Luke enjoys socialising with friends and bending it like Beckham on the football pitch.

Nathan is an ambitious addition to the Plumbing Bros team, who has a thirst for knowledge and is always looking to improve his skillset.

Helping people comes naturally to Nathan, and getting their homes in perfect working order means a successful day to him.

When he’s off the tools, Nathan will be spending most of his time with family and friends.
In his own words, Nathan is set on becoming apprentice of the year from 2022 – 2025!

Onsite Team Member

A highly experienced plumber, Patrick has been on the tools for over 15 years. He’s highly accomplished in the field, and is a great asset to the team.

Patrick is focused on serving customers and exceeding their expectations, going above and beyond to get the job done, and working in a team environment to complete the task. Helping customers with their plumbing issues and the inconvenience it has on them, is what drives Patrick in his day to day role.

When not on the tools, Patrick will be with his young family, and getting out in WA camping.

Ryan
Onsite Team Member

Ryan is yet another addition to our team hailing from the UK, and what a great addition he has been. He has well over 10 years’ experience in plumbing & gas, most notably installing designer bathroom suites. Ryan enjoys a good team environment, problem solving and customer satisfaction. Strangely for someone living in WA, Ryan follows the NRL instead of the AFL. We won’t hold that against him. Outside of work Ryan loves the great outdoors and recently tried to drive a lap of Australia… he only got as far as Bundaberg. It’s a little bigger here than back home.
