Scope of Works Soak Wells
Plastic Modular Soak-Well Clauses:
- All rubbish removed to client/tenant’s bin only
- Allowance for (x) number of visits only. Any further visits than the allocated number will incur an additional $80+ fee per visit
- Whilst utmost care is taken excavating below ground, we cannot be held responsible for any services/pipework that are not visible or showing on ‘dial-before-you-dig’ plans
- NOTE: In most instances plastic modular soak wells are to be installed as 1 x to every downpipe, in such instances where as the roof is abnormal an on-site quote will be necessary
- To supply and install 1 x plastic modular soak-well, geo-fab to suite, aggregate, (maximum of 4 x storm-water bends) and 1 x square finishing collar = $400+ PER DOWNPIPE
- NOTE: In instances where there will be excess sand left over the sand will be spread evenly in client’s garden bed – no allowance for removal of sand from site
- If a compactor is required additional costs may be incurred – manual compacting is generally suffice
Concrete Soak-well Installs across Wagga Wagga:

- Should the soak-well be in a trafficable location then additional costs will occur for trafficable lid supply and installation
- Should clients wish to have concrete soak-wells installed in a driveway as a collection pit then an on-site inspection will be required prior to quoting
- Concrete soak-well installation includes bedding of blue metal and geo fab installed
- Delivery of concrete soak-well to job = $150+
Excavator Hire Charges:
- Size of excavator to be used will be determined by size of soak-wells to be installed and size of job
- NOTE: Must include excavator delivery charge for excavators of = $260+
- HIRE CHARGE for 6 Tonne excavators per hour (MIN 4 hours) = $110+
