JAMES – DIRECTOR & CEO

James is the founder of Plumbing Bros Franchising and co-director of Plumbing Bros Perth. He has 16 years of plumbing experience combined with over 10 years of business and management experience.

James was born and bred in Melbourne where he ran a plumbing & electrical business for 5 years. Here he experienced many highs, but just as many lows. This experience however is the key ingredient to ensuring that Plumbing Bros continue to differentiate themselves and revolutionise the trades industry. James goal is to ensure Plumbing Bros are a household name in every state & territory in Australia by 2024.

James is a one-eyed Hawthorn supporter and has attended each of the 5 grand finals they have been involved in during the past 11 years. 4 of which were victorious 😉

RHET – NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Rhet is the Plumbing Bros National Sales Manager and his role is to oversee a team of business development managers around Australia.

Originally starting out at the beginning of 2019 as Perth’s inaugural BDM, Rhet moved his way into a national role due to the vital part he has played in PB going national.

Once labelled as ‘Perth’s best salesman’. A tag like this doesn’t come without years of hard work and experience, but more importantly, results.

Rhet has a gorgeous family including his wife, 2 young kids, a dog, 2 cats ad 7 budgies.

Team culture, success and service gets Rhet out of bed in the mornings. If you have been ‘pestered’ recently by a Plumb Bro trying to win all your plumbing work, this was most likely Rhet. But if it was Rhet, you are also more than likely now utilising our 5-star service, because that’s what he does!

Rhet continuously loses a footy tip each week as he unsuccessfully backs in his beloved Blues and for some strange reason Rhet likes to tell people that he hates cucumber?

STEVE TOWNSEND – DIRECTOR

Steve is the owner and director of Plumbing Bros Redland Bay. Steve has over 30 years’ experience in business management, startups and franchising.

Steve has worked in several different industries in a very long and successful career. Customer satisfaction and quality workmanship has always been at the forefront and main focus of any of the ventures he has been involved with.

The vision that Steve brings to Plumbing Bros is to provide a high-quality plumbing service to the Redland bay area, which will change the perception people have of plumbers. Plumbing Bros Redland Bay’s values are Honesty, Integrity and Ethical work practices. We aim to be the plumber of choice for everyone in the Redland Bay area.

On the weekend Steve is a keen triathlete with several half Ironman races under the belt. You will probably see him zooming around the Birkdale and Wellington point area on his red bike on a Sunday morning. He is also a mad Parramatta Eels supporter, but please do not hold this against him😊
