Plumbing Bros has been franchising since 2020. In that time, we’ve added 10 franchise partners to our network, and now have coverage across WA, QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS. Last year, our network provided services to over 27,000 clients across the country.

Since we started franchising, we’ve learnt a lot about what’s important to our current and prospective franchise partners. Putting all of these learnings into one document wasn’t easy, but in doing so, we’ve made the first major update to our franchise information guide since we started.

So what’s changed?

Our support team has grown

Support grows success. We recognise that and as such have expanded our franchise support team. We now have a Chief Financial Officer, National Franchising Manager, National Marketing and Sales Manager, National Business Development Manager, a digital marketing team – along with our existing operations, finance, HR and other support. We’ve also launched Plumbing Bros National Assist, which provides national clients with one point of contact and provides our franchise partners with additional work orders.

Our industry has grown

The roller coaster that has been the COVID19 pandemic has barely left a blemish on the plumbing industry. Taps never stop dripping and toilets never stop blocking. The state of the economy doesn’t affect maintenance plumbing and our network is proof of this. We experienced record-high revenues over the last financial year, an achievement many industries were not as fortunate to report.
