Hayden attended this job. Hayden made contact with me before he attended this job, letting me know that he was on his way. He was on time, polite, respectful & professional whilst attending this job. Hayden engaged with me, answering my inquisitive questions, re the drain machine & the job in general. Hayden was focused on the job at hand, methodical & organised & completed the works in a timely manner. The quote you provided me with was competitive & not ridiculous, like some of the other quotes I obtained. Plumbing Bros would be at the top of my list for obtaining a quote for future works, which we have planned for sometime this year. I really could not fault the service you provided to me. Very impressed with the service Plumbing Bros provided, handling things quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. They fixed the leak and provided good photos and report explaining. They also proactively checked the property for a plumbing safety check and fixed 2 about to burst flexi hoses, thereby saving me time, money and hassle in the future. Prices are very reasonable, thankyou Plumbing Bros!
