- LIFETIME WARRANTY We stand behind every job we do. If there is a problem caused by faulty workmanship, we will make good. For the lifetime of the job. Of course, all standard product manufacturers warranties apply.
- 7 DAY RATES We like to keep things simple. Our standard hourly rate applies every day – between 8am and 5pm. Outside of those hours the rate is 1.5x. For any emergency service, the rate is 2x.
- ON-TIME PROMISE Being reliable is very important to us. We will arrive at your door within a 2 hour appointment window, well presented and ready to go. If we are late, you receive a $25 voucher for every 25 minutes.
- TRIPLE CHECK To ensure the quality of all our work, we make sure every job is checked THREE TIMES! By more than one person, if possible and in front of the client, if possible.
- 24/7 EMERGENCY Plumbing Bros. are always on call for emergency service or advice. In fact, in a plumbing emergency we aim to be there within two hours of your call.
